This Bookkeeping role will be based in Brisbane CBD, the client requires a Bookkeeper. You will have several years experience within an accounting environment and have demonstrated experience at handling multiple clients. Duties:
Accounts payable/Receivable
Bank & Credit reconciliations
Payroll/Superannuation processing
Preparation of BAS
Preparation of management reports
Assisting other team members as required
Skills & Experience Required:
Several years experience within a similar role dealing with multiple clients
MYOB experience – Highly Regarded
Good System knowledge and experience
Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Qualified to certificate level

Bookkeeper – Gold Coast
We are seeking an experienced BOOKKEEPER – a MYOB “guru”, to join our client (located inner city suburbs of the north side), for a permanent PART TIME role …. 3-4 days a week.
Each project arm of the business operates separately, so with this in mind, this new part time role will be accountable for everything “accounts” and everything “admin” to ensure the division operates and runs smoothly. Day to day you will be responsible for (yet not limited to):
Invoicing – job costing
Accounts Payable
Subcontractor processing and paying
Accounts Receivable
Management of debtors
Reconciliations – Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger
Month end reporting
ATO statutory requirements
All day to day office administration associated with this division (just like any small business)

Full function Accounts / Bookkeeping experience (AP + AR + reconciliations + end of month / year preparation and reporting)
Available to commit to part time work, 3-4 days a week
Strong MYOB experience – demonstrated in current or very recent work history
Experience working within a project orientated environment (ideally construction / building industry), where invoicing is also associated with job costing
A flexible and approachable attitude, that will see you manage a variety of accounts and admin tasks and enquires for this division
The ability to take ownership, follow through, and deliver results
High level of attention to detail
